Your systems
Which systems appear here depends on the workflows in your plan.
Square
Your sales, by day and by site.
Reads your business profile, locations, payments, orders, customers, invoices and items. Changes nothing.

QuickBooks Online
Your invoices and the month-end figures.
Reads your ledger, invoices, bills and customers. QuickBooks only offers one permission, which also allows changes; our agents only ever read.
Google Drive
The folder your statements land in.
Reads files and folders in the account you sign in with, such as statements you keep there. Changes nothing.

Gmail
Supplier correspondence the reorder agent reads.
Reads email, such as supplier confirmations and statements, from the account you sign in with. Sends nothing.
How this keeps you safer
Where a system has its own sign-in, you sign in on its page and it gives us a key that only reaches what the connection says it reads. We never see your password.
Where a system has no sign-in for other apps, you create a key in it, ideally a read-only one, and paste it here. It is checked against the system straight away and stored sealed.
Keys are handed to an agent only for the minutes it needs them. Disconnect here or in the system's own settings and the key stops working. Every connect and disconnect is recorded on your account.
Systems without either, such as most banks, stay on the Files page.
