Through the contact form: your name, your email address, the name of your business, its size, what it does and what repeats. We use these to reply to you and to prepare for a first conversation. Your message is saved on our server and emailed to our support inbox, where a person reads it. No agent reads it and nothing is sent back to you automatically.
Through the client portal, once you are a client: the answers you type, the files you upload, and a log of what was viewed, answered and uploaded, with the email address that did it. We use these to do the work you engaged us for and to show you what happened on your account.
Through the agents, once you are a client, in three tiers. Figures (sales, stock, hours, money), always: they are what the agents work from. Operational records with names (a recall list, an invoice, a supplier email), only for the workflows you approve, read in place from your own systems wherever we can and never copied into a report that leaves your business. Documents (statements, and anything you upload), used for the job they were sent for and then deleted.
We use Google Analytics to see how this site is used: which pages are read, roughly where visitors are and what device they use, which site or search brought them, and whether the contact form was sent. It sets cookies in your browser so it can tell one visit from the next.
The emails we send to businesses carry a tiny image and a tagged link, so we can see whether a message was opened or its link clicked. They record the email, the time and the name of the mail program, nothing else. Reply "no thanks" to any of them and we stop writing.
Google processes this for us. Its advertising features are switched off, we do not combine it with anything you send us, and we do not use it to identify you. You can block it in your browser’s privacy settings, or with Google’s opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
You connect a system, such as your books or your till, by signing in to it on that company’s own page. They give us a key that reaches only what the connection describes, and we never see your password.
A few tools have no such sign-in for other apps. For those, you create a key in the tool yourself, read-only wherever the tool offers it, and paste it into the portal. It is checked against the tool once and then stored the same way.
Keys are kept encrypted, and handed to an agent only for the minutes a run needs them. Every connection and disconnection is recorded on your account with who did it and when.
Disconnect in the portal, or in that company’s own settings, and the key stops working immediately. Nothing we already collected under it disappears by itself; ask us and we delete that too.
No account numbers, card numbers or passwords, including for the systems you connect. No clinical, legal or payroll records; where a workflow would touch them, we say so before it is built.
Your Billing page shows the invoices we have sent you, read from our own accounting system, and our bank details. You pay by bank transfer or from your own accounting system. No card or bank details of yours pass through the portal or reach us beyond what your bank shows on the payment.
This site runs on a server we operate in the United States, with Liquid Web. Form messages are kept there and in our support inbox on Google Workspace. Visit statistics are kept by Google Analytics. The client portal runs on Google Cloud, in Tecniq’s own project: answers and the record of what was viewed in a database there, files in storage there, each client’s data under its own key and served only to logins on that client’s account.
Working copies of a client’s business figures live in a private repository that serves only that client, and in the tools the agents run on. Nothing is mixed between clients.
Tecniq AI, for the work. The AI providers whose models the agents use process the text the agents send them, under those providers’ business terms, and are told not to train on it. We do not sell data, share it with advertisers, or use it for anything other than your account.
Nothing an agent drafts is sent to anyone until you send it.
Visit statistics: up to fourteen months, then Google deletes them. Form messages: until we have replied and the conversation is over. Documents you upload to the portal: encrypted at rest, and deleted thirty days after the job they were sent for is done; a document nobody ever picked up is deleted after ninety days regardless. Other client data: for the length of the engagement and the retention period agreed in your plan, then deleted. You can ask for deletion earlier at any time.
Ask for a copy of what we hold about you, a correction, or deletion, by writing to support@tecniq.ai. We reply to every request. If you are a client, you can also pause or stop the service whenever you like and take every report and file with you.
If this page changes in a way that matters, we tell clients directly and update the date below.
