First we look. Then we build. Then it runs.
Nothing is built before you approve the plan, and nothing goes out before you approve the draft.
The three phases
- 01
Define
The first week
We spend time in your business and inside the systems you already run. We map how the work really gets done: what repeats, what slips, and what it costs you.
- A short look at your business.
- Read-only access to your systems. We change nothing.
- You get a plan, agreed before anything is built.
- 02
Build
The second week
We build the agents, for your team or for your customers. Each one reads only what it needs and drafts for your approval.
- Every output lands in your portal.
- Drafts are marked as drafts and wait for you.
- You get agents running in about two weeks.
- 03
Run
Ongoing
The agents run around the clock and keep up as your business changes. We keep them healthy and make them better, and you get updates in plain language.
- Money found, losses caught, hours back, as plain numbers.
- Asks that come with a why and a date.
- You get the return each month as a number.
Agreed before we build.
We agree the price before anything is built, with no long contract, and you pay nothing if the first week finds nothing.
